The Press House is part of a series of projects undertaken by Ledra Properties with the mission of the restoration and rejuvenation of the historic old city of Nicosia.
Ledra Properties, ('Ledra') was incorporated in 2000 as a property company, concentrating exclusively in investments within the 16th century Venetian walls circulating the old town of Nicosia City. Since 2000 Ledra has achieved to create a significant portfolio in size of all types of properties (houses, flats, offices, shops, entertainment).

Ledra plans to restore and redevelop all its properties in the historical city of Nicosia. The aim is to transform the old city to an area where working and living will be possible and enjoyable. To transform the old city to a pleasurable place where all locals and tourists will be able to enjoy walking, exploring, living, working and entertaining.

Since 2007 Ledra has commenced refurbishment and renovation work to a large number of properties with the aim of renting them out to young professionals for both their housing and professional needs. Current tenants include diplomats, United Nations Staff as well as European young professionals who want to experience the uniqueness of living and working in this historic centre. Ledra provides furnished and unfurnished accommodation for both long and short term requirements. A number of buildings have also been renovated and rented out to Universities and colleges in Nicosia, either for student accommodation or teaching facilities.
